Give us what you already know. Uncertain details are welcome: mark them as uncertain. The more you share now, the more of your hours go to the records themselves.

Up to four research goals. Number them 1 to 4.
First names, surnames and variants: Wojciech / Albert / Adalbert, Kowalczyk / Kowalczik / Kovalchick.
Copy it exactly as it appears in the document. A wrong spelling is still a clue.
Spouse, parents, siblings, children, with any dates or places you know, however uncertain.
Naturalization papers, ship manifests, church records, obituaries, letters, photographs with captions.
Optional. Up to 5 files, JPG, PNG or PDF, 10 MB each. Phone photos are fine if the text is readable.
