The person you give it to reads their research plan before any research begins. If it does not convince them, the project is refunded in full. A certificate that has not been redeemed can always be refunded in full to you. Gift certificates in the refund policy.

Good to know

  • The recipient does not need to know much: a name, a rough date and the US city where the family settled are a good start.
  • A certificate for a project covers that whole project at the price you paid, even if our prices change later.
  • Certificates are valid for five years from the date of purchase. Any amount left after one service can be used for the next.
  • Certificates are emailed within one business day, so a certificate works as a last-minute gift too.
